Het verkeer van en naar die nieuwe woningen, zoals op de Haagse Binckhorst, gaat gedeeltelijk via Rijswijk. Met name bewoners van Cromvliet en Leeuwendaal maken zich grote zorgen over de Haagse plannen voor &#8220;hoogwaardig openbaar vervoer&#8221; (HOV) over mogelijk de Broekslootkade of de Geestbrugweg.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--20  wrapper__gutter--none\"\n  >\n  \t<div class=\"wrapper__container Bewoners zijn pas laat en heel technisch betrokken. D66 Rijswijk heeft de afgelopen jaren ingezet op betrokkenheid en actie vanuit Rijswijk z\u00e9lf. Voor D66 Rijswijk staan de verkeersveiligheid en leefbaarheid voorop, niet of een tramtrac\u00e9 technisch in een straat past. <br><br>De inwoners van Rijswijk moeten veilig naar school en werk kunnen, met de fiets, lopend en het met het ov. En als het moet met de auto. Ook moeten inwoners beter worden betrokken. Zij begrijpen dat veranderingen nodig zijn en moeten de kans krijgen echt mee te doen, mee te denken en zo mogelijk mee te beslissen.<br><br>In de raadsvergadering van 8 februari is met steun van D66 Rijswijk gezorgd voor meer aandacht voor leefbaarheid en veiligheid in Rijswijk bij de verkenning van de verkeersstromen van en naar de Binckhorst, en de invloed van bewoners.
