Dat betekent fors inzetten op meer betaalbare woningen voor starters, doorstromers, jongeren en ouderen. Hierbij is ook passende hoogbouw mogelijk.<br>Daarnaast vindt D66 Rheden het onwenselijk dat leegstand gestaag stijgt en dat bebouwbare grond braak blijft liggen. Daarom zetten we in op woningbouw in Rheden. Omdat snelheid gewenst is, en omdat we niet weten hoe de situatie over 25 jaar is, vinden we het belangrijk dat we ook inzetten op flexibele bouw. We maken gebruik van circulaire en natuurinclusieve bouwmethoden en stimuleren hergebruik van materialen, zuinig grondstoffengebruik en slimme ontwerpen.
