Starters komen er niet tussen, ouderen kunnen niet doorstromen en goede plannen lopen vast in procedures. Dat is niet langer houdbaar. D66 Renkum kiest voor een echte doorbraak en wil bouwen waar het kan. Met respect voor natuur en dorpskarakter, maar wel met creativiteit en met tempo.<br><br>\u2022 Bouw meer kleinere en betaalbare woningen.<br>\u2022 Bied meer ruimte voor splitsen en optoppen.<br>\u2022 Cre\u00eber ruimte voor nieuwe woonvormen waarin jong en oud samen kunnen wonen.<br><br>Zo brengen we beweging in de markt en houden we onze dorpen leefbaar. De gemeente moet initiatieven mogelijk maken in plaats van blokkeren. Zorgen voor minder vertraging en meer woningen. Wie in Renkum wil wonen, moet daar ook een eerlijke kans op krijgen.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--20
