voorkomen dat de tunnelbak bij Amelisweerd wordt verbreed en dat er veel bomen gekapt worden. In het rapport staat dat deze kosten \u201cniet vergelijkbaar\u201d zijn, terwijl de kosten van het alternatief aanzienlijk lager zijn dan die van het trac\u00e9besluit. Dit gebeurde terwijl de provincie en gemeente Utrecht hun alternatief pas twee dagen later, op 20 december 2023, presenteerden. Een besluit over de A27 wordt pas genomen na deze uitspraak.
