We verkenden in ons gesprek de nodige onderwerpen waar we samen verder mee kunnen komen. block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tDe eerste vraag is waarom de provincie niet mee wil bewegen als de gemeente idee\u00ebn heeft om te bouwen buiten \u2018de rode contour\u2019. De uitleg hier is dat de provincie meer doelen en belangen te dienen heeft dan ruimte voor meer woningen. Maar die contour is er niet altijd voor eeuwig. De gemeente kan plannen indienen in elke nieuwe ronde voor het ruimtelijk programmeren, daar worden de regionale afwegingen gemaakt. Ook dit vraagstuk speelt in veel gemeenten. De provincie werkt met een afwegingskader voor het wel of niet van 80 naar 60 km\/uur brengen. Als een aanpassing dan kan, dan moet die bijna altijd wachten op het moment van groot onderhoud, omdat het heel duur is om een weg opnieuw in te richten. Hier is een motie in de raad over aangenomen. Er is heel veel draagvlak voor, en een lokale co\u00f6peratie wil het uitvoeren. Maar omdat het in het NatuurNetwerk Nederland ligt, mag het niet van de provincie. Dit lijkt een kans die je niet wil missen. Wij zien samen wel mogelijkheden om hier een innovatieve oplossing te maken en de grond dubbel te gebruiken.
