We willen dat kinderen veilig naar school kunnen fietsen. Hiervoor zorgen we dat schoolroutes veilig en toegankelijk zijn, waarbij de straat voor de school tijdens de begin- en eindtijden van school zoveel mogelijk autoluw is.\u00a0 We verleiden tot minder autobezit met sterke alternatieven: zowel autodelen via commerci\u00eble aanbieders als via een of meerdere buurtco\u00f6peraties. We ervaren bij werkzaamheden veel sluipverkeer in onze gemeente. Nieuwe aanpassingen aan de wegen passen niet altijd bij hoe mensen de weg gebruiken en maken het verkeer soms zelfs minder veilig. Daarom willen we een mobiliteits- &amp; veiligheidscommissie in het leven roepen: een groep inwoners en experts die nieuwe plannen extra controleert op mobiliteit en verkeersveiligheid. We willen beter inzicht krijgen in de onveilige verkeerspunten. De huidige ongevalsregistratie geeft hierin geen volledig inzicht. Enkel meldingen bij de politie worden geregistreerd. Ook verbreden we fietsstroken op drukke straten waarbij de auto te gast is. We houden rekening met de natuur, daarom onderzoeken we verlichting met sensoren. Meldingen over kapotte verlichting en onveilige situaties moeten snel worden opgepakt en de voortgang gedeeld met betrokkenen. Het fietspad is voor fietsers; we handhaven zichtbaar op ongewenste voertuigen en gevaarlijk rijgedrag. We willen de oversteekplek bij de bushalte voor fietsers veilig maken. Ook is het fietspad te smal voor de intensiteit van gebruik. Doel is veilig oversteken, lagere snelheden, doorfietsverbindingen en geen sluipverkeer door woonstraten. We willen dit een halt toeroepen door bij de planning van werkzaamheden duidelijke afspraken te maken met RWS en de provincie over het maken van verkeerscirculatieplannen zodat sluipverkeer door de kernen wordt voorkomen. We leggen transparante kWh-prijzen vast met eerlijke indexatie, en stimuleren het laden buiten de piektijden. De VRA (Vervoerregio Amsterdam) doet onderzoek naar de mogelijkheden met commerci\u00eble deelauto aanbieders. Daarnaast stimuleren we de opzet van buurtco\u00f6peraties voor autodelen door eventuele startsubsidie, gereserveerde plekken en laadpunten.
