Dat de stichting en het college, maar ook de gemeenteraad, steken hebben laten vallen, dat onderkennen wij ook. Maar met het maken van verwijten en in het verleden blijven hangen komen we geen steek verder.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper gemeenteraad besloten om de DRU onder strikte voorwaarden nog \u00e9\u00e9n kans te geven. Daarbij herstellen we een aantal weeffouten. Door commerci\u00eble, culturele en maatschappelijke activiteiten nadrukkelijker van elkaar te scheiden en subsidie fijnmaziger aan niet-commerci\u00eble activiteiten te koppelen, krijgt de gemeenteraad weer grip op de DRU. Dat kan echter alleen als er een voldoende onderbouwd en realistisch toekomstplan ligt, waaruit duidelijk blijkt dat zo\u2019n lening terugbetaald kan worden.
