Waar we een paar jaar geleden nog zagen dat huizen lang te koop stonden en verkopers steeds verder met de prijs moesten zakken, zien we nu het tegenovergestelde. D66 wil dat we hier meer onderzoek naar gaan doen. Dat betekent niet dat we nu moeten stoppen met bouwen, dat is geen optie. Organisaties als de AFM maken zich zorgen over de hoogte van leningen die starters aangaan om een huis te kopen. D66 vindt het belangrijk dat de gemeente daarover harde afspraken maakt met projectontwikkelaars. Tot nu toe waren dergelijke afspraken vaak te vrijblijvend.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--30 wrapper__spacing-bottom-desktop--20  wrapper__gutter--none\"\n  >\n  \t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default\">\n\t  <div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--24 wrapper__width-mobile--24\">\n\t\t<p\n\t\tclass=\"paragraph paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default   block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tEen koopsom van \u20ac 325.000 (het maximum van de Nationale Hypotheek Garantie) is voor veel mensen al niet op te brengen. Als het onmogelijk is om voor een betaalbare prijs te bouwen vinden wij dat de gemeente moet bijdragen door grond die eigendom van de gemeente is goedkoper aan te bieden, op voorwaarde dat de verkoopprijs laag gehouden wordt. Instrumenten als een zelfbewoningsplicht en anti-speculatiebeding kunnen dan ingezet worden om misbruik te voorkomen.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--30 wrapper__spacing-bottom-desktop--20  wrapper__gutter--none\"\n  >\n  \t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default\">\n\t  <div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--24 wrapper__width-mobile--24\">\n\t\t<p\n\t\tclass=\"paragraph paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default   block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tHuurwoningen zullen vooral beschikbaar moeten komen in de sociale huursector. Hier ligt een opgave voor Wonion, uiteraard in goede afstemming met de gemeente. Het versnellen van woningbouw mag niet leiden tot inleveren op kwaliteit. Nieuwe woningen moeten niet alleen aan hoge duurzaamheidseisen voldoen, maar ook prettig zijn om in te wonen. Daarbij moeten we breed kijken, naar voorzieningen, inrichting van het straatbeeld en voldoende groen in de wijk. Naar behoud van de kwaliteit van ons buitengebied, maar ook naar architectuur. Wij zouden willen onderzoeken of er mogelijkheden zijn om Wonion samen met mensen die een koopwoning zoeken in zulke projecten te laten samenwerken.
