\n\tWij zijn voor een nieuw sportcomplex in Kortezwaag!<\/h1>\t <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n \t

\n\t\t\n\t\tWe kunnen als D66 niet vaak genoeg benadrukken dat we voor een nieuw sportcomplex in Kortezwaag zijn en niet tegen een stichtingsmodel.\t<\/p>\t <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n \t

\n\t\t

\n\tOnverantwoord Stichtingsmodel.<\/h3>\t<\/div>\n\t
\n\t\t\n\n \t
\n\t
\n\t\t\n\t\tWaar we w\u00e8l tegen zijn is het stichtingsmodel in de vorm en onder de voorwaarden van de kopgroep in Gorredijk. Wij kunnen dit niet verantwoorden naar de rest van Opsterland. In het kort samengevat werd het volgende door de Kopgroep voorgesteld:

– De gemeente moet 30 jaar garant staan voor 80% hypothecaire schuld van de stichting met betrekking tot het nieuw te bouwen sportcomplex;
– De bank krijgt het eerste recht van hypotheek op het sportcomplex;
– De gemeente moet 30 jaar garant staan voor het exploitatietekort van de stichting;
– De gemeente mag 30 jaar lang geen bepalende zeggenschap hebben in de stichting;
– De gemeente heeft 30 jaar lang geen zeggenschap over herontwikkeling van het complex.\t<\/p>\t <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t
\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\t <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n \t

\n\tWij zijn voor een eerlijke markt.<\/h3>\t<\/div>\n\t

\n\t\t\n\t\tDe reden waarom de gemeente geen zeggenschap mag hebben? Een aanbesteding voorkomen. Dit is zonder dit stichtingsmodel niet mogelijk. Want om elke ondernemer een eerlijke kans te geven is het wettelijk voor gemeenten geregeld dat bouwopdrachten boven een bepaald bedrag, aanbesteed moeten worden.\t<\/p>\t <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t
\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\t <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n \t

\n\tWij geven geen blanco cheques.<\/h3>\t<\/div>\n\t

\n\t\t\n\t\tSamengevat vraagt de Kopgroep aan heel Opsterland haar voor de komende 30 jaar een blanco cheque te geven \u00e8n daarnaast de mogelijkheid om bestuurlijk in te grijpen op te geven. Dit alles om een aanbesteding te voorkomen. Als D66 zijn we voor eerlijke kansen voor alle ondernemers. Wij zijn dan ook erg teleurgesteld dat de VVD, de partij van de zogenaamde marktwerking, blokkades legt voor \u00e8chte marktwerking en samen met de FNP de kant van de Kopgroep kiest. Maar ach, het is verkiezingstijd\u2026

Ten aanzien van het sportcomplex in Kortezwaag vinden wij in elk geval niet dat we de toekomstige generatie van Opsterland met zoveel financieel risico opzadelen om marktwerking te voorkomen! Wel vinden we dat er zo snel mogelijk wat moet gebeuren, daarom hebben we op 14 februari j.l. voor de motie van het college gestemd.\t<\/p>\t <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t
\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\t <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n \t

\n\tWij hebben wel concrete plannen voor de Mienskip.<\/h3>\t<\/div>\n\t
\n\t\t\n\n \t
\n\t
\n\t\t\n\t\tDat iedereen, inclusief de inmiddels opgeheven Kopgroep, teleurgesteld is dat ze langer moeten wachten op een nieuw Sportcomplex begrijpen wij volkomen. Wij zijn de enige partij welke zich in het begin heeft uitgesproken tegen dit stichtingsmodel. Dit proces verdient vanuit het college zeker geen schoonheidsprijs.

Dat Mienskipsprojecten vaker niet goed lopen is de afgelopen jaren gebleken. Wij hebben als enige partij om deze reden een hoofdstuk aan de Mienskip gewijd met concrete idee\u00ebn om de Mienskip goed in te richten. Allen zo kunnen dergelijke teleurstellingen in de toekomst voorkomen.
