Denk aan een project als Tiny Houses\/starterswoningen in Makkinga.<\/li><li>Goede en bereikbare voorzieningen horen bij goed wonen. We bouwen dan bijvoorbeeld in het buitengebied tegen een dorp aan, of op het perceel van een boer die stopt. Bouwen in natuurgebied of beschermd landschap doen we niet. Daarom investeert D66 flink in sociale huur, middenhuur en betaalbare koop. Starters, jonge gezinnen, kleine huishoudens \u00e9n ouderen moeten een plek hebben en houden in Ooststellingwerf. Landelijke wet- en regelgeving en de Woon(zorg)visie blijven uitgangspunt. D66 staat experimenten met flexwonen\/tiny houses toe als dat (een deel van) het probleem oplost.
