En onze inwoners willen vooral een woning die past bij hun levensfase, hun portemonnee en hun dagelijks leven.<br><br>Daarom bouwen we voor ouderen gelijkvloerse, comfortabele woningen op plekken waar voorzieningen dichtbij zijn. We ondersteunen ouderen die willen verhuizen met praktische hulp: verhuiscoaches, ontzorging en duidelijke informatie. Hierdoor wordt verhuizen minder ingewikkeld en blijft de keuze echt bij bewoners zelf. Met woningcorporaties spreken we slimme toewijzingsregels af, zodat een vrijkomende gezinswoning ook daadwerkelijk naar een gezin of starter gaat. Dit cre\u00ebert een doorstroomketen die de hele woningmarkt in beweging zet. Voor jongeren en starters bouwen we compacte, betaalbare woningen in en nabij de kernen waar zij werken, leren en hun sociale leven hebben. We maken specifieke afspraken voor mensen met een zorg- of opvangachtergrond die een nieuwe start maken.<br>10 knooperven<br><br>In het Vechtdal komen de komende jaren meerdere agrarische erven vrij waar geen toekomst meer is voor het boerenbedrijf. We willen voorkomen dat deze plekken leeg komen te staan, verloederen of een ongewenste functie krijgen. Daarom introduceren we het concept knooperven: een nieuwe aanpak voor het Vechtdal, ge\u00efnspireerd op eerdere ervaringen in andere regio\u2019s.<br><br>Met knooperven maken we op een beperkt en zorgvuldig geselecteerd aantal erven (10 voor het hele Vechtdal)) ruimte voor kleinschalige, groene buurtschappen met woningen die passen bij het landschap. Deze knooperven bieden ruimte aan starters en ouderen, aan kleinschalige ondernemingen en aan combinaties van wonen en werken. Zo verbinden we wonen, werken, natuur en ontmoeting op plekken die daar historisch al voor bedoeld waren.<br><br>Elke ontwikkeling gebeurt met grote zorg en maatwerk, met respect voor cultuurhistorie, biodiversiteit en het karakter van het buitengebied, en in goed overleg met omwonenden en initiatiefnemers.<br><br>Daarnaast maken we woningsplitsing eenvoudiger, benutten we leegstaande gebouwen en staan we open voor flexibele woonvormen, mits kwaliteit en veiligheid op orde zijn. Bij nieuwbouw zorgen we voor een evenwichtige mix, met minimaal 30% sociale huur en extra aandacht voor midden-huur, omdat daar het tekort het grootst is.
