De woningnood is hoog en deze maatregel kan bijdragen aan extra woonruimte. Toch zijn er ook risico\u2019s voor recreatie, toerisme, natuur en veiligheid. De partijen willen daarom duidelijkheid over wat dit concreet oplevert voor de\u00a0woningbouw en welke gevolgen dit heeft voor recreatie, toerisme, natuur en veiligheid in Noord-Holland.\t<\/p>\t Wat betekent deze maatregel voor parken die onder druk staan, en voor locaties die op termijn mogelijk worden getransformeerd naar andere functies, zoals reguliere woningbouw? CDA-Statenlid Willemien Koning: \u201cVeel recreatiewoningen zijn daarnaast niet gebouwd voor permanente bewoning en voldoen niet aan alle bouweisen.
