monitor woningbouw<\/a> wordt jaarlijks uitgevoerd en bevat cijfers over de woningbouwproductie, de plancapaciteit en de woningbehoefte in Noord-Holland.<br>\u00a0<br>De cijfers laten zien dat, ondanks groei van de woningvoorraad in 2022, het woningtekort gaat toenemen. Het\u00a0aantal nieuwe bouwvergunningen blijft namelijk achter.\u00a0Het is voor D66 een grote zorg dat de druk op de woningmarkt hoog blijft. <br>Berkvens: \u201cEen fatsoenlijke woning is een voorwaarde om deel te kunnen nemen aan de maatschappij. De monitor laat meer dan voldoende plancapaciteit zien om alle bouwbehoefte in te vullen. Er is een ruime marge. D66 bevraagt het college of dit klopt en of hoe deze plannen snel kunnen bijdragen aan meer woningbouwproductie. Zijn alle bouwplannen meegenomen? Zoals infrastructuur en bereikbaarheid, capaciteit van ambtenaren, eindelijk werken aan een echte oplossing voor stikstof, ruimte maken voor energie-infrastructuur en samenwerking tussen gemeenten. En ook kan betaalbaarheid sterker verankerd worden in de woondeals.<br>\u00a0<br>Het college gaat terugkomen op hoe hard de plancapaciteit is en hoe de provincie ervoor kan zorgen dat er geen plannen afvallen. Gemeenten met te weinig ambtelijke capaciteit moeten zeker ondersteund worden door de provincie. D66 heeft hier toezeggingen op gekregen.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>Opmerkelijk is ook dat duidelijk werd dat er veel licht zit in de coalitie tussen het GroenLinks standpunt over niet bouwen in het groen en het \u201cstraatje erbij\u201d van de VVD.
