We hebben daarbij als D66 aangegeven dat er begrip is dat dit proces lang duurt. Maar lang betekent niet dat er maar alle tijd genomen kan worden, binnen dit proces wat nu echt al jaren gaande is. Wat we ook niet op prijs stellen is dat we de updates omtrent de pilot als ingekomen stukken voorbij zien komen. U als inwoner ziet zo een eenzijdig proces van alleen de gemeente, die wat ingekomen stukken naar onze commissie stuurt. We hebben op 23 november een online besloten technische bijeenkomst over de vitale vakantieparken gehad. Dit kunt u als inwoner ook niet volgen en wij als D66 vinden dit niet correct. Deze bijeenkomst had ook prima in het openbaar behandeld kunnen worden en in deze online-bijeenkomst\u00a0zijn we ervan op de hoogte gesteld dat er twee varianten zijn gepresenteerd die conform de in april van dit jaar aangenomen koersnotitie vitale vakantieparken en een heel belangrijk en duidelijk door D66 ingediend amendement wat daarbij is aangenomen helemaal geen optie blijken te zijn. Op vakantiepark De Hullen is namelijk een rotonde met 4 afslagen als opties voor de toekomst gepresenteerd:<br>Afslag 1. Het park blijft\/wordt weer uitsluitend geschikt voor recreatie<br>Afslag 2. Een gemengde vorm tussen recre\u00ebren en permanente bewoning<br>Afslag 3 Het gehele park krijgt een permanente woonbestemming<br>Afslag 4. Wonen + recreatie per perceel geregeld oftewel ook een gemengde vorm.<br>Deze gepresenteerde rotonde is echter conform het amendement van april gewoon een T-splitsing. Links af is permanente bewoning, rechts af een vitaal vakantiepark. D66 heeft juist dit amendement samen met de VVD, de PvdA, Gemeentebelangen, de ChristenUnie en GroenLinks opgesteld, om meerdere afslagen te voorkomen. Er was dus geen optie voor een rotonde en wij betreuren het dan ook ten zeerste dat dit zo is gepresenteerd. Dit had nooit mogen gebeuren en heeft mogelijk verwarring gecre\u00eberd en verwachtingen geschept die we niet in kunnen vullen. Ook de 3de optie wonen is niet conform het amendement gepresenteerd. In het amendement is duidelijk gesteld dat bij de overgang naar permanente bewoning, de huidige eigenaren ook de recreatieve bestemming mogen handhaven totdat het perceel in andere handen over gaat. Dan moet er een woning komen die in elk geval aan het bouwbesluit voldoet, dit hoeft niet bij een recreatieve bestemming. Zo worden de huidige eigenaren niet op kosten gejaagd. Het mag duidelijk zijn dat D66 de verantwoordelijk wethouder hierop heeft aangesproken en het laatste woord is hier nog niet over gezegd.<br>De fractie van D66\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t  \t  \t<\/div>\n
