block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tWe moeten in 4 kernen &#8211; Gorssel, Epse, Eefde en Barchem &#8211; bouwlocaties aanwijzen. Eerder deden we dat al in Lochem, Laren en Harfsen. Dat is nodig zodat onze jongeren, starters, jonge gezinnen, ouderen en mensen met een beroep als lelares of verpleegkundige in Lochem betaalbaar kunnen wonen. De gemeenteambtenaren deden veel voorwerk, en raadpleegden inwoners. Het college komt nu met toekomstige bouwlocaties. Dat wil niet zeggen dat er in de nabijheid geen bijzondere natuur leeft; zeldzame salamanders, vleermuizen, ree\u00ebn, dassen en steenmarters. In de analyse van de gemeente, scoort deze locatie iets lager dan de andere mogelijke bouwlocaties in deze kern. Dit komt onder meer omdat deze locatie een lage ligging heeft in het beekdal van de Eefs beek met hogere grondwaterafstanden. En ja ook in de nabijheid van deze locatie komen vele diersoorten voor en kan genoten worden van coulisselandschap en prachtige natuur, zoals overal in onze gemeente. Er zijn groepen die zich luidruchtig verzetten tegen de verschillende locaties. Maar, uit de kernvisie Gorssel, waarvoor veel bewoners zijn geraadpleegd, blijkt dat 80 procent deze locatie als geschikte woningbouwlocatie ziet. Dat komt doordat bewoners niet alle groene plekken in de kern zelf willen volbouwen en omdat  dee locatie met beperkte wegenbouw is te omsluiten. De voorzet van het college, waar de gemeenteraad nu over moet stemmen, is niet zaligmakend. Maar een karikatuur schetsen van te maken keuzes, brengt burgers alleen maar vals hoop en uiteindelijk onbegrip over de gemaakte keuzes.<br><br>Daar moeten we voor waken.
