voor een Pilot. De provincie zette vraagtegens; want w\u00e1t als eruit kwam dat het veiliger en beter voor de leefomstandigheden zou zijn, maar de weerstand uit de hoek van ondernemers (die toen t\u00e9gen waren) niet te overbruggen zou zijn? Het leed voor de ondernemers in Zutphen wordt (deels) weggenomen doordat er een fietstunnel komt in Eefde, waardoor auto\u2019s minder hoeven te wachten voor het stoplicht. De bomenrijen blijven. De uitritten worden verbeterd. \u00c9n het belangrijkste; de snelheid op de rijbaan gaat van 80 naar 60 km\/h.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>Complimenten!
