Hoognodig, om te zorgen voor genoeg betaalbare woningen in Leiden. Woontorens zijn zichtbaar, dus mogen de bewoners van de stad kwaliteit verwachten. beheer en renovatie. Zijn voorstel: Voeg een paragraaf toe met\u00a0eisen aan het beheer. Een terecht punt, dat onder meer door D66 werd ingebracht. D66 raadslid Sander van Diepen: \u201cZorg niet alleen bij oplevering voor kwaliteit, maar ook als een toren er al jaren staat\u201d. Buurtbewoners maken zich daarbij vaak zorgen over de gevolgen van nieuwe woontorens in de wijk. Gephotoshopte beelden gaan dan al snel rond alsof je midden in Hong Kong staat. Het is daarom een goede stap dat de gemeente bij participatie gebruik gaat maken van 3D visualisaties. Dit gaat buurtbewoners helpen om een betrouwbaar beeld te krijgen hoe de nieuwbouw terecht komt in de wijk. Van Diepen: \u201cIk heb al\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.doorgedraaid.com\/cases\/de-leidse-maresingel\">mooie voorbeelden<\/a>\u00a0gezien van Leidse ondernemers die werken aan deze visualisaties.
