Hierin is Bleizo geschrapt als locatie voor het opwekken van windenergie en daarmee kan nu eindelijk begonnen worden met het uitwerken van de bouwplannen!<br>\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tIn 2021 besloten de gemeenteraden van Lansingerland van Zoetermeer om woningbouw mogelijk te maken op Bleizo-west, het gebied rondom station Lansingerland-Zoetermeer. Deze locatie heeft de potentie om voor duizenden mensen een thuis te bieden, met goede ontsluiting per openbaar vervoer. Juist het soort woningen dat nu zelden beschikbaar is in Lansingerland, zoals appartementen en grotere aantallen sociale en betaalbare woningen. In het coalitieakkoord stelde de coalitie in Zuid-Holland (BBB, CDA, VVD &amp; PRO) dat woningbouw pas mogelijk gemaakt kon worden als er ergens anders in de gemeente windenergie gerealiseerd zou worden. Daarnaast nam de provincie ook de bevoegdheid voor windenergie terug van de gemeente en ging zelf aan de slag om een mogelijke locatie voor windenergie aan te wijzen, buiten de gemeenteraad van Lansingerland om. In reactie hierop heeft het college van Lansingerland in een bestuursakkoord ervoor gezorgd dat de provincie haar claim voor windenergie op Bleizo laat vallen. Ook de potenti\u00eble locatie in de Noordpolder is met de vaststelling van het provinciale omgevingsbeleid van de baan. Het bestuursakkoord tussen provincie en gemeente regelt ook andere belangrijke zaken voor Lansingerland, zoals het gezamenlijk optrekken rondom het veiliger maken van de N209 en een betere afwikkeling van verkeer. D66 heeft zorgen over deze locatie voor windenergie, vooral omdat dit gebied onderdeel uitmaakt van het Groene Hart. Ook de commissie MER die toezicht houdt op het doorlopen van de correcte procedures voor de milieu-effecten wijst hierop. Bleizo is geen gemakkelijke locatie, dus er zal flink ge\u00efnvesteerd moeten worden om een leefbare en gezonde woonwijk te realiseren.
