block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tIn de overeenkomst maken Lansingerland en Zuid-Holland integrale afspraken over het ruimtelijk gebruik in Lansingerland en brengen daarmee naar een lange periode van bestuurlijke discussies duidelijkheid op een aantal belangrijke dossiers. Zo spreekt de provincie haar steun uit voor de bouw van duizenden betaalbare woningen op Bleizo, trekken gemeente en provincie samen op bij het veiliger maken van de N209, realiseert Lansingerland elders in de gemeente de verloren bedrijventerreinen nu Bleizo voor woningbouw wordt aangemerkt en blijft de provincie aan zet rondom windenergie. Vanaf het begin was D66 ervan overtuigd dat dit voornamelijk een politieke, en niet een inhoudelijke afweging was. Het liefst had D66 helemaal geen bestuursakkoord nodig gehad, maar gewoon heldere politieke keuzes. Echter, als door dit bestuursakkoord de wensen van onze inwoners en de ambities van de raad dichterbij komen? Natuurlijk zijn we er nog lang niet &#8211; we kunnen echt niet morgen heien. Maar D66 hoopt het in het vervolg te kunnen gaan hebben over de concrete plannen voor de wijk, in plaats van de vraag of de wijk er wel komt. Er liggen grote uitdagingen rondom bereikbaarheid, groen en vooral gezondheid. Dat ook op dit vlak overeenstemming over is bereikt, is voor D66 van groot belang. Bleizo kan niet ontwikkeld worden zonder een betere verbinding met metro Rodenrijs. Daarnaast is de N209 een beperking voor onze woningbouwplannen. D66 vindt het niet te verdedigen dat er discussies zijn over wie wat betaald, of wie welke bevoegdheid heeft. Het is noodzakelijk dat er gewoon oplossingen komen. Het feit dat woningbouw op Lange Vaart in de bestuursovereenkomst voor een korte periode op pauze wordt gezet, vindt D66 net als het college bizar, maar als dit een noodzakelijk voorwaarde is voor de provincie om het proces vlot te trekken, is deze kleine vertraging te accepteren. Zij willen gewoon meer woningen, sneller thuis zijn van werk en duidelijkheid of er een windmolen in de buurt komt. D66 hoopt en denkt dat deze overeenkomst een einde maakt aan jarenlange onduidelijkheid en niet waargemaakte verwachtingen. Onze boodschap voor beide colleges is simpel: onderteken die hap, handen uit de mouwen en aan de slag voor Lansingerland. D66 was dan ook blij dat een ruime meerderheid van de raad, alhoewel met kanttekeningen, de bestuursovereenkomst steunt.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div
