Goede huisvesting met beheer en controles zorgt er volgens de fractie voor minder illegaliteit en criminaliteit. Door dit initiatief draagt de gemeente Lansingerland bij aan een oplossing voor goede huisvesting. De schaal van huisvesting zorgt dat goed beheer mogelijk is.<br>\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--30 Iedereen<\/a> zet de gemeenten zich in om voor het realiseren van bijzondere woonvormen. Bijzondere woningen zijn voor kleine specifieke doelgroepen belangrijk. Denk aan woonzorgwoningen, woonwagens en ook huisvesting arbeidsmigranten. Vervolgens worden -middels een met de hele raad afgesproken &#8211; \u201ctoetsingskader\u201d initiatieven op gebied van migrantenhuisvesting getoetst. In dit toetsingskader staat bijvoorbeeld hoeveel plekken een initiatief mag hebben en wat goede locaties zijn. Zoals de aantallen. Het initiatief ging oorspronkelijk uit van 300 woningen, maar op verzoek van de raad is gekozen voor een ingroeimodel. Eerst 250 en als het goed gaat doorgroeien naar 300 plekken. Ook staan er afspraken in over parkeren; dat op eigen terrein moet worden opgelost. Ook zijn er allerlei afspraken over beheer, cameratoezicht, etc. D66 kan zich goed vinden in dit afsprakenkader; het sluit aan bij het toetsingskader. Het vormt een goed uitgangspunt ookal kan niet alles worden vastgelegd. D66 heeft de reacties uit de omgeving goed gelezen, beluisterd en meegewogen. D66 kan zich wel goed voorstellen dat er zorgen zijn, want er ligt hier een plan voor een groot complex voor flexwerkers. Ook is een dergelijk project in Lansingerland uniek en hebben we er ook geen ervaring mee.\u00a0<br>Ten eerste is D66 van mening dat goede informatievoorziening van groot belang is en de komende tijd blijft. D66 heeft ook benadrukt dat afspraken in een convenant met de ontwikkelaar moeten worden vastgelegd. Ook vindt D66 dat er, hoewel het een privaat initiatief is, wel bijzondere aandacht blijft vanuit de gemeente en nauwe betrokkenheid van de gemeente zodat we goed vinger aan de pols houden. Een goede inschatting van de beleving van de inwoners is een belangrijke voorwaarde voor goed slagen hiervan.\u00a0<br>Uiteindelijk ziet D66 geen grote bezwaren om deze locatie te bestempelen als locatie voor huisvesting arbeidsmigranten.
