Landelijk is slechts zo\u2019n 2% van het woningaanbod bereikbaar voor de single Jan Modaal. Voor Krimpen aan den IJssel is de situatie zelfs nog schrijnender: op dit moment zijn er in Krimpen aan den IJssel helemaal geen betaalbare koopwoningen beschikbaar voor alleenstaanden. Voor tweeverdieners ligt de situatie dan gelukkig wel gunstiger, zij hebben toegang tot ruim 35% van het aanbod.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper Zij werken, dragen bij aan de samenleving, maar worden door de hoge prijzen en het beperkte aanbod buiten spel gezet. De gemeente kan hier het verschil maken. Wij als D66 Krimpen aan den IJssel willen dan ook samen met QuaWonen, ontwikkelaars en de regio concrete stappen te zetten.<br><br><strong>D66 Krimpen aan den IJssel zet zich in voor een eerlijke
