paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default   block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\t<strong>Wat we vonden<\/strong><br>Het college stelde dit voorjaar nieuwe beleidsregels en een nieuwe overeenkomst met laadpaalexploitanten vast, en koos eerder al om niet mee te doen aan de regionale laadconcessie. Dat zijn keuzes die het laadlandschap in Hulst voor jaren vastleggen. De raad is daar niet bij betrokken geweest. Wij hebben de stukken opgevraagd, geanalyseerd en onze bevindingen gedeeld met de griffie en de organisatie. De kern: het beleid regelt hoe \u00e9\u00e9n laadpaal in de straat komt, maar mist een visie op het geheel. Slim laden om het net te ontlasten, laadpleinen, snelladen langs de doorgaande wegen, betaalbare tarieven en de vraag hoe laadplekken en parkeerplaatsen zich tot elkaar verhouden komen er niet of nauwelijks in voor.<br><br><strong>Wat we willen<\/strong><br>Laadinfrastructuur is geen technisch detail meer, maar een basisvoorziening. Wij willen daarom dat de raad kaders stelt: een laadvisie voor heel Hulst, samen met het parkeerbeleid dat nu op tafel ligt, waarin netcongestie, tarieven, gebruiksgemak en ruimte in de kernen in samenhang worden bekeken. Niet om op de stoel van het college te gaan zitten, maar omdat dit precies de keuzes zijn waar de raad over hoort te gaan.<br><br><strong>Hoe verder<\/strong><br>We werken aan een voorstel richting de raad om tot nieuw beleid te komen en blijven daarbij in gesprek met college, organisatie en andere fracties.
