uitgevoerd, richtte zich op inwoners met zeer beperkte middelen. Volgens de evaluatie sprak het college hierover unaniem af dat zowel de uitvoering als de effecten positief werden bevonden. Geconstateerd werd dat:<br>-De regeling door minima intensief gebruik werd;<br>-De regeling de mobiliteit en zelfstandigheid van deelnemers aanzienlijk verbeterde;<br>-De administratieve afhandeling soepel en effici\u00ebnt verliep;<br>-Er geen onvoorziene nadelige effecten zijn opgetreden voor gemeente of vervoerders.<br>Het college nam destijds \u201ckennis van de evaluatie\u201d en overweegt nu serieus om het minimareisproduct permanent in te voeren <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gemeentehulst.nl\/dsresource?objectid=5d69a72d-ffe5-46b0-b4bc-b88a42802b86&amp;type=PDF\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gemeentehulst.nl<\/a>.<br><br><strong>Waarom permanent invoeren?<\/strong><br>1. <strong>Gelijke kansen voor iedereen<\/strong> \u2013 Mobiliteit is essentieel voor toegang tot werk, zorg en sociale contacten.<br>2. <strong>Preventie van armoede en isolement<\/strong> \u2013 Gratis OV voorkomt dat mensen sociaal \u00e9n economisch ge\u00efsoleerd raken.<br>3. <strong>Eenvoudige uitvoering<\/strong> \u2013 De pilot liet zien dat de regeling administratief behapbaar is.<br>4. <strong>Breed draagvlak<\/strong> \u2013 maatschappelijke organisaties staan positief tegenover een blijvende regeling.<br><br><strong>D66 Hulst zegt: \u201cLaat iedereen vrij, maar niemand vallen.\u201d<\/strong><br>Zoals in ons motto en waartoe wij ons blijven verbinden: echte vrijheid bereik je alleen als \u00e1lle inwoners toegang hebben tot essenti\u00eble levenszaken\u2014en vervoer is daar eentje van.<br><br><strong>Oproep aan de raad<\/strong><br>Wij roepen de gemeenteraad op om het college te vragen de regeling permanent vast te leggen in de lokale minimabeleid verordening.
