D66 heeft vanaf het begin van de planvorming, alweer zo\u2019n 5 jaar geleden, pal gestaan voor de kwaliteit van de ontwikkelingen op het Stationsgebied.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n wrapper__width-mobile--24\">\n\t\t<p\n\t\tclass=\"paragraph paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default   block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\t<strong>We willen een mooie groene entree van Hilversum, met logische (loop)route(s) naar het Centrum en een autoluwe Stationstraat. Hiermee herstellen we de verbinding tussen Groest en Markt.<\/strong><br><br>In het Stedebouwkundig plan is op basis van het Plan van Eisen (al eerder door de Raad vastgesteld) de 7 Straatjes-variant uitgewerkt en is op schetsen te zien hoe de ruimte is ingericht, hoe de verkeersstromen gaan lopen, hoe hoog de gebouwen worden en hoeveel ruimte er komt voor groen. Hoewel de fractie veel positieve elementen in het plan ziet, heeft D66 een aantal verbeteringen voorgesteld.<br><br>We zijn kritisch over delen van de voorgestelde bouwhoogte. Want waar eerder door de Raad de maximale bouwhoogte is vastgesteld op 6 bouwlagen, wilde het College nu tot 7 a 8 hoog faciliteren. D66 vindt dat de bebouwing op Stationsplein en Koninginneweg \u201cop Hilversumse schaal\u201d moet blijven, en niet verder de lucht in, zoals Entrada.<br><br>Met de grote fietsenkelder onder de grond (7000 plaatsen) zijn we blij, maar we hebben vragen gesteld over de verkeersafwikkeling in het gebied, met name voor de fietsers.<br><br>Bij de nieuwe bebouwing langs de Koninginneweg is het fietspad \u201cLangs de Lijn\u201d verdwenen. Wij hebben ervoor gepleit levendigheid en meer groen langs het spoor te cre\u00ebren door daar een wandelpad aan te leggen, en om de schaalgrootte van de bebouwing daar aan te passen aan de karakteristieke panden op de Noorderweg aan de overzijde van het spoor.<br><br>Door de \u201cparkeerplint\u201d (van de nieuwe bebouwing) deels te laten zakken, de gevels afwisselend te maken, voldoende ruimte tussen de bouwblokken te houden en de (verplichte) geluidswering langs het spoor groen te houden, ontstaat er een vriendelijk aangezicht vanaf de Oostzijde.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"block-post-content__sidebar\">\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--50 wrapper__spacing-bottom-desktop--70 wrapper__spacing-bottom-mobile--50  wrapper__gutter--none\"\n  >\n  \t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default\">\n\t  <div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--18 wrapper__width-desktop--22 wrapper__width-mobile--24 wrapper__offset-large--6 wrapper__offset-desktop--2 wrapper__offset-mobile--0\">\n\t\t<section class=\"block-post-content\">\n\t<div class=\"block-post-content__title\">\n\t\t<h3 class=\"heading  heading__color--black heading__size--medium heading__font--sans heading__weight--semiBold  block-post-content__heading\" id=\"nav-verbinding-met-oost2121\" data-nav-heading-mobile=\"Verbinding met Oost\">\n\tVerbinding met Oost<\/h3>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"block-post-content__content\">\n\t\t\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--30 wrapper__spacing-bottom-desktop--20  wrapper__gutter--none\"\n  >\n  \t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default\">\n\t  <div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--24 wrapper__width-mobile--24\">\n\t\t<p\n\t\tclass=\"paragraph paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default   block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\t<strong>Daarmee wordt de zo gewenste verbinding met de oostzijde van het spoor in ieder geval op dit deel van het gebied gemaakt.<\/strong><br><br>Al eerder zegde het College toe de uiteinden van de fietserstunnel te verbreden en de helling af te vlakken, waardoor er een aantrekkelijker passage ontstaat onder het station door. Ook roept D66 het College op met de NS in gesprek te gaan om het Stationsgebouw \u201ctransparanter\u201d te maken. De aanhechting van het Oosterspoorplein aan het gehele gebied, wordt meegenomen in de plannen voor de ontwikkeling van de Spoorzone (1221). Zo gaat wethouder Scheepers met zijn collega Voorink overleggen over een visie op de verbindingsmogelijkheden in de Spoorzone. Dit zal meer tijd vragen. Dat is mogelijk omdat in de plannen van het Stationsgebied geen onomkeerbare ontwikkelingen zijn.
