Als wethouder op verschillende gebieden (financi\u00ebn, media, cultuur en evenementen) heeft hij dan ook veel bereikt.\u00a0In de Gooi en Eembode verscheen een artikel afgelopen donderdag\u00a0dat van Talpa Network per april. Dit voorbeeld laat zien dat Hilversum in de laatste jaren economisch aantrekkelijker is geworden. Het behoud van onder andere Media Monks en NEP zijn hier ook voorbeelden van. Ook is de gemeente op dit moment bezig om, in het kader van Brexit, Britse mediabedrijven naar Hilversum te halen.<br><br>Echter, de groei van de Hilversumse economie is nog steeds broos. Daarom heeft Jaeger de Agenda Economie &amp; Media opgesteld.
