D66 Hilversum vindt dit een ongelooflijk belangrijk onderwerp. Met een goede Woonvisie en bijbehorende activiteitenagenda kunnen we daadwerkelijk wat doen aan de krappe woningmarkt. Zo kunnen we het verschil maken door (bij) te sturen op uitbreiding, aanpassing, behoud en verdeling van de woningvoorraad. Want dat is hard nodig.<br><br>De kernboodschap van D66 Hilversum is dan ook: Hilversum pakt de regie!<br><br>De inzet van woordvoerder Marianne van Vliet bij de ontwikkeling van deze Woonvisie richt Pas voorraad en regels daarop aan. De woningvoorraad in de wijken hoort afgestemd te zijn op de vraag in de betreffende wijk. Jongeren moeten er kunnen blijven wonen als ze dat willen. Ouderen moeten een geschikte seniorenwoning kunnen vinden, al dan niet met zorg. Maar ook: waar kunnen kantoren of andere gebouwen getransformeerd worden naar woningen? De sociale huurwoningen die in het bezit zijn van woningcorporaties moeten dat vooral blijven. Waar kunnen sociale woningen toegevoegd worden en ook voor welke bijzondere doelgroepen, zoals ouderen, (tijdelijk) zorgbehoeftigen, lichamelijk- en\/of geestelijk beperkten. Hetzelfde geldt voor de beschikbaarheid en behoud van huurwoningen voor de middeninkomens. Een aanzienlijk deel van de betaalbare huurwoningen is in het bezit van particuliere verhuurders; daar willen we meer zicht en indien mogelijk afspraken maken. Ook het realiseren en behouden van koopwoningen tot de Nationale Hypotheek Garantie (NHG) -grens van \u20ac325.000 blijft in het vizier. D66 vindt dat we moeten blijven inzetten op de huisvesting van spoedzoekers, expats, andere arbeidsmigranten en studenten. En dus ook blijven nadenken over tijdelijke woonvormen. Waar kan met een tijdelijk contract gewoond worden, kunnen we tijdelijke wooneenheden plaatsen, of zijn er locaties die benut kunnen worden in afwachting van definitieve invulling? Zijn er genoeg zorg- en welzijnsvoorzieningen in de wijken georganiseerd? Kan iedereen die dat wil zelfstandig thuis blijven wonen of doorstromen naar een geschikte woning met of zonder zorg? Of naar een andere woonzorgvorm, zoals een verpleeghuis? Deze dienen duurzaam \u00e9n circulair te zijn. We willen groene wijken en kwalitatief hoogwaardige nieuwbouw. Daar hoort ook visieontwikkeling op hoogbouw en parkeren bij! Hoe innovatief gaan we in Hilversum om met de woonopgave?
