Flink bouwen, is het devies.<br><br>Het woningtekort is een probleem door het hele land. Ook in Hellendoorn hebben we dit probleem. In de vorige crisis stopten we met bouwen. Die fout maken we niet nog een keer. Waar nodig gaan we de hoogte in.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t  \t  <div class=\"block-small-hero__column\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"paragraph paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default\">\n\t\tWe bouwen zoveel betaalbare woningen als kan en nodig is, die makkelijk bereikbaar zijn met goede wegen en fietspaden. We bouwen meer middenhuurwoningen voor verplegers, leraren en agenten die \u2018te veel\u2019 verdienen voor een sociale huurwoning.
