ervaringsdeskundigen die goed in kunnen schatten hoe verkeersplannen in hun wijk uitpakken. Dat hebben we eerder gezien in Badhoevedorp en nu ook in Hoofddorp. Daarom moeten zij veel eerder in het proces worden betrokken. Er zijn door de raad \u2018stopborden\u2019 geplaatst op belangrijke momenten in het plan \u00a0zoals bijvoorbeeld het autoluw maken van de Van Heuven Goedhartlaan en de gevolgen daarvan voor woonwijken in de omgeving. Maar ook over de zuidelijke ontsluiting van Hoofddorp, de ontwikkeling van het stationsgebied en de wijzigingen in verkeersstromen die dat met zich meebrengt. \u2018Op deze belangrijke momenten maken we een pas op de plaats en bespreken we de mogelijkheden en de gevolgen. Hierbij zijn verkeersmodellen handig en belangrijk. Maar we kunnen pas echt een goed besluit nemen als we weten wat de inwoners van de plannen vinden.
