En natuurlijk met name met de tussenliggende dorpen Vaassen, Emst, Epe, Heerde, Wapenveld en de gemeente Hattem.<br><br>Investeren in duurzame mobiliteit is een goede en nodige ontwikkeling. Forenzen worden gemotiveerd de fiets te pakken wanneer zij recht op hun doel af kunnen, zonder voorbij geraasd te worden door sluipverkeer en zonder zich zigzaggend een weg te hoeven banen tussen de schooljeugd door. <br><br>Toch plaatsen wij enkele grote vraagtekens bij de ontwikkelingen rond het F50-trac\u00e9.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper Fietsen is populair en verdient een eigen infrastructuur. Om de dorpen, het buitengebied en de grotere steden veilig met elkaar te verbinden is het echter nodig naar de toekomst te kijken. Voor de hoofdverbinding zou de snelle fietsvorm als \u2018doelsoort\u2019 gekozen moeten worden: de racefiets en de speedpedelec. Deze snelweg leg je <strong>langs<\/strong> en niet door de dorpen. De verbinding tussen de dorpen en de snelweg moet dan vorm krijgen middels ontsluitingen zoals fietsstraten die op hun beurt weer zijn aangesloten op het lokale fietsnetwerk. Er wordt minder CO2 uitgestoten, het is goed voor de fysieke \u00e9n mentale gezondheid. Wanneer er echter extra asfalt wordt bijgelegd en de wegen voor het autoverkeer onverminderd in stand worden gehouden, dan is de winst marginaal. Wanneer dit extra asfalt ten koste gaat van bestaande natuur dan boeren we achteruit. Hiervoor moet een baan van minimaal 6 meter breed worden vrij gekapt. De bomen zijn pas 50 jaar oud, wordt gezegd en bovendien vanzelf gekomen. Het feit dat het zogenaamde zaailingen betreft vergroot juist de waarde van deze survivors. Het zijn inheemse en sterke bomen. Buiten de baan van 6 meter blijft er bovendien nauwelijks ruimte over voor nieuwe aanplant. Op het hoger gelegen spoorbaantje valt de beschutting van de bestaande bomen weg. De ballast, het fundament, van de oude spoorbaan is opgebracht en bestaat uit een kalkrijk medium. In het mobiliteitsplan zijn echter al dikke lijnen getrokken over de Heerderweg en het Baronnenlijntje. Voor beide locaties geldt dat de aanleg van de F50 de kap van heel veel bomen vraagt. Daar lopen edelherten, ree\u00ebn, vossen, dassen en ook de wolf is waargenomen. Als fietsforens heb je hier 100% garantie om een aanrijding te krijgen met wild. Om de fietsveiligheid te borgen zou dit nog meer rasters en verlichting in moeten houden. Samen met de brede asfaltbaan zou dit een enorme barri\u00e8re vormen voor veel dieren. Met name de sprengenkoppen en beek- en beekdalkruisingen zijn kwetsbaar voor wat betreft de fauna. Dan gaat het ook om kleinere dieren zoals insecten, padden en hazelwormen. Niet alles kan gecompenseerd worden. Dit moeten duurzame investeringen zijn zodat veilige en aantrekkelijke fietsverbindingen ontstaan. Dit betekent dat een fietssnelweg niet door kernen moet worden gelegd. Het verbreden en intensiveren van recreatieve fietsverbindingen ten koste van de natuur is het negeren van de groene kwaliteit van onze gemeente. Door een bestaande wegen om te vormen naar fietspaden kunnen we zonder extra asfalt de natuur sparen en het fietsen stimuleren. Nieuwe woonwijken zoals het Slath en de Zuukerenk kunnen autoluw worden ontworpen met een supersnelle fietsverbinding naar Apeldoorn en Zwolle. Er zijn zoveel kansen om onze gemeente groener en leefbaarder te maken.
