Het is ook niet meer vanzelfsprekend om overal mee te mogen doen. Om waar je vandaan komt, om hoe je eruitziet of om wat je hebt. Vanwege je geloof, je scholing, je standpunten of je politieke voorkeur. Om van wie je houdt. Om wie je bent.<br><br>De Gemeente Epe hoort wat D66 Gemeente Epe betreft een plek te zijn waar dat wel kan. Een plek waar iedereen zich thuis mag voelen.<br><br>Een diverse gemeenschap is niet per definitie inclusief. En een inclusieve gemeenschap is niet per definitie divers. Wij zijn blij dat onze inspanningen om dit samen te voegen in dit beleid hun vruchten hebben afgeworpen.<br><br>Met dit kader worden de randvoorwaarden geschept waarbinnen het college aan het werk kan om onze gemeente diverser, inclusiever en daarmee weerbaarder te maken. We hebben het college twee tips meegegeven om rekening mee te houden bij het ontwikkelen van de uitvoeringsprogramma&#8217;s:<br>&#8211; Bied een intersectioneel perspectief; en<br>&#8211; Denk na over hoe gelijkheid zich verhoudt tot gelijkwaardigheid.<br><br>Wij zijn blij met dit mooie kader dat, terecht, met zeer grote meerderheid is aangenomen.
