Onze collega Ellis de Vries (VVD) nam na 14 jaar afscheid van haar raadswerk. Wel kreeg ze voor haar bijdrage in onze lokale politiek een lintje door de burgemeester opgespeld. Voor ons is het dan ook niet meer de vraag OF er woningen gebouwd zouden moeten worden op \u2019t Slath. Wel vragen we aandacht voor de verkeersveiligheid als de nieuwe woonwijk straks ontsloten moet worden. <br><br>Samen met Gemeentebelangen en PvdA dienden we een motie in. We vroegen het college om de gemeenteraad tijdig te informeren over de maatregelen die tzt genomen zullen moeten worden om deze veiligheid \u00e9n bijbehorende kosten te waarborgen. Na een korte schorsing om onduidelijkheden op te helderen, kon het college de motie overnemen en hoefde de motie niet meer ingebracht te worden.<br><br>Het voorgestelde besluit om in te stemmen met de conclusies van het haalbaarheidsonderzoek is vervolgens door de hele raad unaniem goedgekeurd.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"block-post-content__sidebar\">\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--50 wrapper__spacing-bottom-desktop--70 wrapper__spacing-bottom-mobile--50  wrapper__gutter--none\"\n  >\n  \t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default\">\n\t  <div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--18 wrapper__width-desktop--22 wrapper__width-mobile--24 wrapper__offset-large--6 wrapper__offset-desktop--2 wrapper__offset-mobile--0\">\n\t\t<section class=\"block-post-content\">\n\t<div class=\"block-post-content__title\">\n\t\t<h3 class=\"heading  heading__color--black heading__size--medium heading__font--sans heading__weight--semiBold  block-post-content__heading\" id=\"nav-herijking-subsidiebeleid5293\" data-nav-heading-mobile=\"Herijking subsidiebeleid\">\n\tHerijking subsidiebeleid<\/h3>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"block-post-content__content\">\n\t\t\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--30 wrapper__spacing-bottom-desktop--20  wrapper__gutter--none\"\n  >\n  \t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default\">\n\t  <div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--24 wrapper__width-mobile--24\">\n\t\t<p\n\t\tclass=\"paragraph paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default   block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tNadat er jarenlang een gevoel van oneerlijkheid heerste in de gemeente als het gaat over subsidies \u2013 ligt er nu een prachtig voorstel van het college om de beschikbare gelden eerlijker te verdelen. <br><br>D66 gemeente Epe vraagt samen met het lokaal CDA aandacht voor twee bijzondere groepen. Als eerste is daar het kinderdorp Cavente in Vaassen waar we samen met het CDA een motie voor indienden om de grote terugval in subsidiegelden te kunnen compenseren door een systeem van medefinanciering op te tuigen. Als tweede zijn daar de Scouting groepen in zowel Vaassen als Epe. Ook zij zouden significant inleveren als zij op dezelfde subsidie bedragen per lid staan als de sportverenigingen, zoals in het huidige voorstel. Dit terwijl ze in de voorgestelde scenario\u2019s onder een andere categorie vallen als de sportverenigingen. Hiervoor dienden we samen met het CDA een amendement in.<br><br>Een amendement houdt in dat er een feitelijke wijziging op het beleid wordt voorgesteld die \u2013 indien overgenomen \u2013 dan ook zo uitgevoerd dient te worden. Uiteraard moeten alle partijen daar de gevolgen van proberen te overzien en er over nadenken of ze deze wijziging al dan niet wenselijk achten.
