Hoe denkt uw fractie dat <strong>Provinciale Staten<\/strong> meer zicht kan krijgen op het behalen van duurzaamheidsdoelen in het landbouwbeleid? <\/strong><br><strong>Aan welke termijn denkt u dan?<br><\/strong>D66 vindt dat het behalen van Provinciale duurzaamheiddoelen concreter geformuleerd moeten worden vanuit een Agro-ecologisch kader met streefgetallen en tijdspad want de urgentie is groot, en hierin hebben wij de afgelopen periode continu het College van Gedeputeerde Staten aangespoord voor meer urgentie om haar doelen voor schoon water, schone lucht en schone bodem hierin te halen.<br><br><strong>2. Ligt daar een rol voor een delegatie van de Commissie van Onderzoek of voor Provinciale Staten als geheel? <\/strong><br><strong>Hoe ziet de fractie dat voor zich? <\/strong><br><strong><br><\/strong>Nee. D66 vindt dat dit de verantwoordelijkheid is van <strong>ALLE<\/strong> Staten- en commissieleden en dat deze transparant en op inhoud moeten worden beoordeeld in de Provinciale Staten en in discussies in de Commissie Omgevingsbeleid.<strong><br><br>3. Is uw fractie het met ons eens dat we de begrippen rondom duurzaamheid duidelijk moeten hebben voordat we een transformatieproces in de landbouw ingaan? Graag toelichting.<br><\/strong>Ja. Maar wat D66 betreft zijn zowel kaders, als begrippen voor duurzame landbouwtransitie duidelijk: deze zijn helder vastgelegd in de klimaatdoelen, het Nationaal Programma Landelijk gebied en het gemeenschappelijk landbouwbeleid vanaf 2023 en dienen ten alle tijden leidend te zijn.<br><br><strong>4. Hoe ziet u in dit verband de rol van <strong>Provinciale Staten<\/strong> met betrekking tot de kaderstellende en controlerende taak bij\u00a0\u00a0het opstellen van de gebiedsplannen?
