Met deze investering wil het kabinet bijdragen aan de realisatie van meer passende woningen, zoals nultredenwoningen, zorggeschikte huizen, of seniorencomplexen (knarrenhofjes). Hiermee kunnen ouderen langer zelfstandig wonen \u00e9n wordt tegelijkertijd de doorstroming op de woningmarkt bevorderd.<br><br>Juist daarom vindt D66 Den Helder het zorgelijk dat de ontwikkeling van het project Tillenhof in Huisduinen al geruime tijd stil lijkt te liggen. De behoefte aan geschikte ouderenwoningen neemt de komende jaren alleen maar verder toe. Volgens landelijke prognose zijn er in 2030 ongeveer 290.000 ouderenwoningen nodig, waarvan nog circa 75.000 gerealiseerd moeten worden.\u00a0<br><br><strong><u>Daarom heeft D66 Den Helder de volgende vragen:<\/u><\/strong><br><br>&#8211; Kan het college de huidige stand van zaken rondom het project Tillenhof toelichten? Welke stappen zijn de afgelopen periode gezet en welke vervolgstappen worden voorzien?<br>\u00a0<br>&#8211; Klopt het dat Woningstichting Den Helder het project niet langer zal ontwikkelen? Zo ja, welke inspanningen heeft het college verricht om andere ontwikkelaars te interesseren voor de realisatie van ouderenwoningen op deze locatie?<br>\u00a0<br>&#8211; Is het college bereid om, indien het huidige plan niet meer passend is, opnieuw te kijken naar eerdere plannen voor deze locatie, waaronder het voorstel dat destijds door Huisduiner Belang is ontwikkeld? Zo nee, waarom niet?<br>\u00a0<br>&#8211; Ziet het college mogelijkheden om gebruik te maken van de extra rijksmiddelen voor ouderenhuisvesting om de ontwikkeling van passende ouderenwoningen in Den Helder, en specifiek in Huisduinen, te versnellen?\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper  wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--20
