Voor jongeren, die een eerste woning zoeken. Voor starters, die een gezin willen stichten. Of voor ouderen, die gelijkvloers in de buurt van winkels en voorzieningen willen wonen. D66 strijdt al jaren voor meer woningbouw en afspraken om woningen betaalbaar te houden. Net als 4 jaar geleden wil D66 5.000 woningen bouwen tot 2040. Dat is nodig voor al die woningzoekenden, en om onze dorpen levendig en leefbaar te houden. Voor ongeveer 3.000 woningen zijn de plannen gereed en besluiten genomen. Dat is goed nieuws, maar het werk is nog niet af. D66 gaat door, zodat iedereen een passende woning kan vinden. Een gestage, voorspelbare groei van de woningvoorraad is nodig; zodat jongeren die uit huis gaan een betaalbare huur of koopwoning kunnen vinden; ouderen kunnen verhuizen naar een levensloopbestendige woning dicht bij voorzieningen en gezinnen de een fijne woning kunnen vinden in onze dorpen. We bouwen in alle drie de dorpen. We bouwen op een klimaatadaptieve wijze.<\/li><li><strong>Focus op de bouw van betaalbare woningen. <\/strong>De duurzame nieuwbouw moet bestaan uit 30% sociale huur, 50% middenhuur en betaalbare koop en maximaal 20% dure huur of koop. We bouwen daarom naar behoefte en compact, zodat woningen betaalbaar blijven, met oog voor het landschap. Een goed voorbeeld is de nieuwbouwwijk Kersenweide, daar bestaat straks bijna de helft van de wijk uit groen en openbare ruimte, en het omliggende landschap wordt versterkt.<\/li><li><strong>Bouwen voor starters en ouderen.\u00a0 <\/strong>D66 wil meer appartementen en gelijkvloerse woningen bouwen die geschikt zijn voor zorg in huis. Dat zijn vaak woningen die passend en betaalbaar zijn voor starters, maar ook aantrekkelijk zijn voor ouderen die een mooie gezinswoning achterlaten. Wij luisteren naar de wensen van jongeren en ouderen. Op die manier brengen we de doorstroming op gang en komen er woningen vrij voor gezinnen. Dat is belangrijk voor de leefbaarheid, want een gezonde bevolkingsopbouw van jongeren, starters, gezinnen en ouderen is essentieel voor levendige en leefbare dorpen.<\/li><li><strong>Een diverser woningaabod helpt om iedereen een passende woning te bieden. <\/strong>D66 wil bij bouwplannen rekening houden met bestaande en toekomstige woonbehoeftes, zoals geclusterde woonplekken, knarrenhofjes, gemeenschapswonen, meergeneratie wonen en wonen met zorg.<\/li><li><strong>Woningdelen en splitsen makkelijker maken. <\/strong>In onze gemeente staan veel grote woningen, terwijl er juist een groot tekort is aan kleinere woningen. Daarom wil D66 woning splitsen makkelijker maken. Ook een woning delen moet eenvoudiger worden.<\/li><li><strong>Behoud van de vrijheid van vestiging<\/strong>. D66 is voor de vrijheid om zelf te kiezen waar je gaat wonen, ook over gemeentegrenzen heen. Daarom willen we voorkomen dat iedere gemeente te veel woningen met voorrang toekent. Omdat we het woningtekort daar niet mee oplossen; we beperken alleen de vrijheid van vestiging. D66 wil daarom maximaal 25% met voorrang toekennen. Logisch, want je weet immers nog niet dat je daar gaat wonen. D66 wil hen een stem geven. Bijvoorbeeld door het instellen van een raad van woningzoekenden.<\/li><li><strong>Extra gemeentelijke capaciteit om woningbouw te versnellen. <\/strong>Goede plannen moeten we ook daadwerkelijk uitvoeren. D66 wil daarom extra geld beschikbaar stellen om woningbouwplannen sneller op te pakken en daadwerkelijk te realiseren. Zo kan de gemeente ook actiever het omgevingsplan aanpassen, zodat er meer ruimte is om woningen te bouwen.<\/li><li><strong>Debat in raadszaal in plaats van in de rechtszaal. <\/strong>D66 wil dat de gemeente er alles aan doet om inwoners goed te horen en rekening te houden met hun stem waar mogelijk. Altijd met alle gevallen rekening houden kan niet. D66 wil dat de gemeenteraad individuele belangen en het algemeen belang goed tegen elkaar afweegt.<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div
