Voor jongeren, als eerste woning. Voor starters, die een gezin willen stichten. Of voor ouderen die gelijkvloers in de buurt van winkels en voorzieningen willen wonen. D66 strijdt al jaren voor meer woningbouw en afspraken om woningen betaalbaar te houden. D66 wil 5.000 woningen bouwen tot 2040. Waarom dat nodig is? zorgen dat iedereen een betaalbare woning kan vinden in zijn eigen dorp.\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"block-infographics__content-text\">\n\t\t\t\t\tOp basis van het woononderzoek in de gemeente Bunnik, is duidelijk dat alleen al voor de groei van het aantal huishoudens ruim 3.000 woningen nodig zijn tot 2040. Maar met 3.000 woningen wordt het huidige tekort en de wachtlijsten niet opgelost, en is ook geen rekening gehouden met mensen die van buiten naar onze gemeente verhuizen. Daarom zijn er veel meer woningen nodig. We wonen met steeds minder mensen in een huis. Zij kijken echter niet vooruit, en doen net alsof er een groot hek staat om onze dorpen. Zonder 5.000 nieuwe woningen tot 2040, groeit het woningtekort alleen maar. Dat is niet goed voor onze kinderen en jongeren, die graag een betaalbare woning vinden. Om gemaakte plannen daadwerkelijk uit te voeren, maar ook nieuwe plannen te maken, zodat we uiteindelijk 5.000 betaalbare woningen bouwen in Bunnik, Odijk en Werkhoven.
