Herm Pollaan 1 in Werkhoven is goedgekeurd door de Raad. Helaas is de realisatie van sociale huurwoningen niet mogelijk, maar er is ook grote vraag naar sociale koopwoningen, met name voor jongeren in Werkhoven. Om die sociale koop beter bij de portemonnee van jongeren te laten passen, heeft Ammar Younes (D66) tijdens de politieke avond gepleit voor een verlaging van de bovengrens voor sociale koopwoningen. Daarvoor dienden de coalitie (D66 en P21) zowel een amendement als een motie in. Voorlopig bedraagt de maximale prijs \u20ac355.000 euro, maar met de motie wordt het college opgeroepen om enkele woningen onder de prijs van \u20ac280.000 te realiseren. Het amendement en de motie werden aangenomen.\u00a0\u00a0Alleen de VVD stemde tegen de motie.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div\n  id=\"\"\n  class=\"wrapper block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tEr lag ook een voorstel van het college voor om af te wijken van de vastgestelde kaders voor het plan aan de Krommerijnstraat Bunnik. De verandering in marktomstandigheden was reden om de kaders aan te passen. De verdeling van 6 appartementen van twee sociale huurappartementen, twee vrije sector huurappartementen in de middencategorie en twee appartementen in de dure categorie, bleken door de snel veranderende omstandigheden niet meer haalbaar voor de ontwikkelaar. Ook samenwerken met de woningbouwcorporaties was geen optie. Aanpassing van de kaders \u00a0zou het voor de ontwikkelaar mogelijk maken om\u00a0vier sociale koopappartementen en twee vrije-sector-koopappartementen te realiseren. Dit voorstel is niet goedgekeurd door de Raad. D66 Bunnik heeft v\u00f3\u00f3r gestemd omdat wij \u00a0in tijden van woningtekorten de voorkeur geven aan bouwen boven niet bouwen en Bunnik ook een woningbehoefte kent voor de voorgestelde appartementen. Hoewel in Werkhoven de sociale koopwoningen voor de Raad geen probleem zijn, bleek dat hier voor een deel van de raad ineens wel een probleem. Ralph Hallo verzocht om een schorsing, om te onderzoeken of de Raad alsnog overeenstemming kon bereiken om, net als bij het voorstel in Werkhoven, de maximumprijs te drukken via een een amendement of motie. Hier was geen steun voor te vinden en het voorstel sneuvelde met 9 tegen 8 stemmen.
