Op het eerste gezicht goed nieuws: er is immers een schreeuwend tekort aan betaalbare woonruimte, en de prijzen rijzen de pan uit. D66 Bronckhorst wil al langer dat de gemeente snel meer betaalbare woningen laat realiseren. Tegelijkertijd: inwoners moeten er op kunnen vertrouwen dat wat het college voorspiegelt ook haalbaar is. Er zijn snel betaalbare woningen nodig voor onze starters op de woningmarkt. Vooral de grondprijs bepaalt de hoge huisprijzen. Als we zorgen dat de grond in eigendom blijft van de gemeente kunnen starters eerder een betaalbare woning krijgen. Verder is er gericht onderzoek nodig naar de woonwensen van onze ouderen. Misschien willen zij wel verhuizen naar een meer levensloopbestendige woonvorm. Dan komt een zogenaamde \u2018verhuistrein\u2019 op gang waardoor ook woningen beschikbaar komen voor gezinnen.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>Wij willen zorgen dat onze jongeren hier blijven wonen en actief kunnen zijn.
