dit ingepast kan worden in de natuurlijke waarden van de omgeving. D66 Blaricum is in de hele gemeente voor kleinschalige recreatie binnen onze groene en prachtige natuurlijke omgeving. Een strandpaviljoen op het strandje van Blaricum kan hier iets moois toevoegen voor alle inwoners, naast de recreatie mogelijkheden die we al hebben op de hei of in het bos. Maar het strandje moet geen evenemententerrein worden en er is geen plaats voor een kunstmatig eiland in het Gooimeer. De bestemming moet passen binnen de groene natuurlijke omgeving.<br><br>Het strandje van Blaricum is onderdeel van het Natuurnetwerk Nederland (NNN). Het Natuurnetwerk Nederland is een samenhangend netwerk van bestaande en nieuw te ontwikkelen grotere natuurgebieden. Het NNN is bedoeld om de biodiversiteit in Nederland te behouden, te herstellen en te ontwikkelen. Er bestaat een planologisch beschermingsregime waarin beschreven staat dat de landschaps- en natuurwaarden in een gebied beschermd moeten worden. Dit betekent dat plannen en activiteiten die leiden tot aantasting van deze waarden niet mogen plaatsvinden, tenzij het niet anders kan. Een activiteit die zonder maatregelen zou leiden tot een verslechtering van de natuurlijke waarden kan alleen plaatsvinden als de gemeente doet aan saldering, compenseren of herbegrenzen. Het huidige College heeft voor het strandje ingezet op saldering.<br><br>Met de ontwikkeling van het strandje is afgelopen jaren kostbare natuur verloren gegaan waar het College van Blaricum niet goed over nagedacht heeft. De rechter heeft op 17 februari 2022 de uitspraak gedaan dat de plannen en werkzaamheden van het huidige College voor het strandje en strandpaviljoen met een salderingsovereenkomst niet mogelijk is en dat er sprake is van significante verslechtering binnen het Natuurnetwerk Nederland.<br><br>Het college van Blaricum wordt hier nadrukkelijk op de vingers getikt door de rechter. Het betekent dat de omgevingsvergunning voorlopig opgeschort wordt omdat het huidige college geen goede plannen heeft gemaakt en deze verkeerd uitgevoerd heeft in de afgelopen jaren. De vertraging van het strandpaviljoen wordt veroorzaakt door het huidige College omdat zij, tegen wettelijke bepalingen in, plannen heeft gemaakt die de natuur schaden. De rechtbank wijst de ondoordachte plannen van het College nu af.<br><br>D66 Blaricum wil wel goede plannen voor het strandje en recreatie uitwerken. Wij willen hierbij kijken hoe de natuur versterkt kan worden maar tevens ruimte maken voor kleinschalige recreatie. Samenwerking met alle betrokken natuurorganisaties is hierbij van belang. Een strandpaviljoen binnen een groene omgeving met respect voor de natuur kan veel toevoegen aan de sociale cohesie binnen het dorp maar daarbij mag het belang van de natuur nooit vergeten worden. De belangrijke balans tussen recreatie en natuur moet gerespecteerd worden. D66 Blaricum wil deze balans weer opnieuw opzoeken nadat het huidige College deze balans kwijt geraakt is en wil een strandpaviljoen mogelijk maken zodat alle inwoners kunnen genieten van recreatie \u00e9n van de prachtige natuur in onze gemeente.<br><br><strong>Motie van D66 voor strandpaviljoen al in 2018!<\/strong><br>D66 Blaricum is al sinds 2018 voor een strandpaviljoen op het strandje van Blaricum. In 2018 heeft D66 Blaricum samen met de VVD een motie ingediend om zo snel als mogelijk een lichte horecavoorziening met kleine terras te realiseren op het strandje.
