Ik besloot de handschoen op te pakken en lid te worden van de steunfractie van D66. <br><br>Een rode draad in mijn leven is dat ik me graag inzet voor mijn woonomgeving. Voorheen deed ik dit als actief burger in samenwerking met de lokale politiek; nu wil ik verkennen hoe ik vanuit de lokale politiek het verschil kan maken bij uiteenlopende lokale vraagstukken.<br><br>Wat ik interessant vind aan de identiteit van Blaricum, is dat het de agrarische wortels en diepte in zich heeft, maar ook de stedelijke openheid en snelheid. Het zijn twee stromen die ik in mijzelf herken en die ik ook in het programma van D66 terugzie.<br><br>Ik krijg energie van het idee dat ik kan bijdragen aan een bewuste inzet van technologie. Zeker dit thema vraagt naar mijn idee om een proces van zorgvuldig balanceren tussen de twee stromen.
