We benutten elke kans om slimme woonruimte te cre\u00ebren:<br><br>* <strong>Slim gebruik van wat er al is<\/strong>: We willen wonen in bijgebouwen mogelijk maken en stimuleren het splitsen of &#8216;optoppen&#8217; van bestaande woningen.<br><br>* <strong>Ruimte voor recreatie \u00e9n bewoning<\/strong>: Waar mogelijk zetten we recreatiewoningen om in permanente woningen.<br>Hospita-wonen: We onderzoeken hoe hospita-verhuur een oplossing kan bieden voor woningzoekenden \u00e9n eenzaamheid kan tegengaan.<br><br>* <strong>Leegstand aanpakken<\/strong>: De gemeente moet een actievere rol spelen bij het benutten van leegstaande panden voor winkels, woningen of pop-ups.<br><br>* <strong>Nieuwbouw met karakter<\/strong>: We bouwen 150 woningen per jaar, waarvan 40% sociale huur. Dit doen we binnen de kernen om ons kwetsbare buitengebied te beschermen.<br><br>* <strong>Financi\u00eble daadkracht<\/strong>: We zetten gemeentelijke reserves actief in om strategisch grond aan te kopen. Geld is er niet om op te potten, maar om te investeren in de toekomst van onze inwoners!<br><br>Bij D66 Lokaal kiezen we voor innovatieve woonvormen zoals Tiny Houses en het Knarrenhof. Zo houden we onze dorpen levendig en zorgen we dat onze eigen inwoners voorrang krijgen.<br><br>Het goede behouden, de toekomst omarmen.
