block-paragraph__paragraph\"\n\t\t\t>\n\t\tDe woningbouwplannen voor Plein 13 zijn cruciaal voor de toekomst van Bergen op Zoom, hier kan namelijk een groot deel van onze woningbouwambities worden gerealiseerd. Plein 13 is ideaal voor hoogbouw. Tegelijkertijd levert dit project een enorme kwaliteitsimpuls voor dit gebied.\u00a0Dankzij de afspraken in het bestuursakkoord en latere moties is er ook aandacht voor duurzaamheid en natuur. Het geeft ontwikkelaars en de gemeente de kaders mee waarbinnen de ontwikkeling moet plaatsvinden, bijv. of er hoogbouw mag komen en de verdeling 30% sociaal, 40% middenhuur\/koop en 30% hogere segment. PMC 6 woningen mogelijk te maken op Plein 13. Dit zijn kleine studio&#8217;s die ideaal zijn voor jongeren of eenpersoonshuishoudens. Deze woningen zijn ook betaalbaarder omdat ze kleiner zijn. Juist omdat Plein 13 een nieuw project is moeten we de kansen pakken voor een divers woonaanbod en creatieve manieren daarvoor. Helaas heeft ons amendement het niet gehaald, wat eigenlijk gek is gezien de gemeenteraad laatst wel unaniem een motie voor meer jongerenhuisvesting heeft aangenomen.\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
