Persoonlijke omstandigheden liggen hieraan ten grondslag. De beslissing om te stoppen viel hem zwaar.<br>\u201cHet raadswerk vraagt tijd om het volledig en goed uit te voeren. Ik wil en kan het alleen voor de volle 100% doen. Door persoonlijke omstandigheden kan ik dat nu niet bieden.
