Ook zij hebben recht op een fijn thuis. Dat zijn statushouders, mensen die vanuit een instelling (weer) zelfstandig gaan wonen en sociaal-medische urgenten. Housing First draagt bij aan het terugdringen van dakloosheid. Daarnaast worden er woonconcepten onderzocht om dakloosheid te voorkomen of op te lossen. Met corporaties maken we afspraken over draagvlak en draagkracht in buurten. Zorg- en welzijnsinstellingen en de buurtteams zorgen voor passende begeleiding. Daarvoor worden voldoende financi\u00eble middelen gereserveerd.
