Dat zal met name interessant zijn voor de ca. 12% &#8216;scheefhuurders&#8217;. Omdat zij vaak geen kant op kunnen, biedt dit re\u00eble kans op doorstroming.<\/li><li>Door verkoop neemt de bestaande sociale huurvoorraad (tijdelijk) af. Daar staat tegenover dat voor elke verkochte woning, een corporatie 1,5 \u00e0 2 nieuwe woningen kan bouwen. Per saldo leidt dit tot groei. Over verkoop en nieuwbouw maken we afspraken met corporaties. Als het percentage sociale huurwoningen in een buurt onder de 30% komt, wordt er in principe niet meer verkocht. Onder de 45% past terughoudendheid.\u00a0<\/li><li>Woningdelen voor drie personen wordt mogelijk gemaakt zonder vergunning.<\/li><li>In geval van overlijden van een ouder wordt het gemakkelijker een sociale huurwoning over te dragen.<\/li><li>Transformatie van kantoren of winkels tot woningen, door panden op te toppen met bijvoorbeeld lichtere houten constructies, wonen boven winkels uitbreiden en intensiveren, en locaties waar (nog) geen permanente woonbestemming op kan tijdelijk voor wonen te bestemmen.<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"block-post-content__sidebar\">\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\t  <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":558,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"search-tags":[4],"class_list":["post-1631","publications","type-publications","status-publish","hentry","search-tags-wonen-en-bouwen"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>D66 Amsterdam &#8212;
