Ook komt er een deskundigenbijeenkomst voor dak-eigenaren, om de behoeften van dak-eigenaren beter in kaart te brengen. Wehkamp: \u201cEr zijn veel daken met potentie, voor extra woonruimte en verduurzaming, blijkt uit het Dakenplan. Het is nu tijd voor uitvoering. Een optie is om bestaande daken op te toppen, hierdoor komt er meer woonruimte vrij. Met het optoppen van bestaande bouw kunnen er alleen al in Buitenveldert 620 nieuwe woonruimtes gerealiseerd worden, blijkt uit een recente <a href=\"https:\/\/zuid.notubiz.nl\/modules\/5\/Overige%20dagelijkse%20berichten\/851950\">verkenning<\/a> van de gemeente. Daarnaast hebben veel daken potentie op het gebied van verduurzaming, zoals het installeren van zonnepanelen, het planten van groen en het bergen van water. Bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwbouw wordt de effectieve inzet van daken tegenwoordig vaak meegenomen. Alleen voor eigenaren van bestaande bouw is dit lastiger, omdat ze vaak stuiten op beperkingen, zoals; regelgeving, bouwbesluiten en bestemmingsplannen. Een concrete casus &#8211; bij voorkeur in Buitenveldert &#8211; brengt de belemmeringen in kaart, zodat deze weggenomen kunnen worden. Daarnaast wordt er een deskundigenbijeenkomst georganiseerd voor dak-eigenaren, om de behoeftes beter in beeld te krijgen, zodat Amsterdam het potentieel van de daken beter kan gaan benutten.\t<\/p>\t
