Hiermee wil D66 Amsterdam de wooncrisis te lijf gaan! Lijsttrekker Reinier van Dantzig: \u2018\u2018Om de wooncrisis aan te pakken moeten we inzetten op bouwen, reguleren en doorstromen. We maken met iedereen die wil bouwen \u2013 pensioenfondsen, ontwikkelaars, corporaties \u2013 harde prestatieafspraken over bouwaantallen, betaalbaarheid en duurzaamheid.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><li>We zorgen dat meer locaties sneller ontwikkeld kunnen worden door minder op kavelniveau en meer op hoofdlijnen te sturen. We zorgen voor opkoopbescherming van goedkope en middeldure huizen in de hele stad door middel van de woonplicht. De verhuispremie gaat omhoog, er komt ondersteuning in de vorm van een verhuiscoach, voorrang op de wachtlijst en passende ouderenwoningen in de buurt.<\/li><li>We bevorderen de doorstroom vanuit de sociale huur door het aanbod in het middensegment flink te verhogen.
