Het splitsen moet bij voorkeur gecombineerd worden met het verduurzamen van de woning.\u00a0D66 is voorstander van verschillende woonvormen door elkaar. Bijvoorbeeld jongeren en ouderen samen, om eventueel wonen en zorg te combineren. Lege gebouwen zoals boerderijen, winkels, kantoren en oude industri\u00eble panden bouwen we om naar nieuwe, betaalbare woonruimte.<br><br>Zorg ervoor dat binnen de gemeente verscheidene percelen beschikbaar zijn waarop mensen met creatieve, kwalitatieve en tijdelijke woonvormen voor eigen gebruik terecht kunnen. Hierdoor wordt de woonmobiliteit groter.<br><br><br><br>\t<\/p>\t  <\/div>\n\t  \t  <div class=\"block-small-hero__column\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"paragraph paragraph__align--left paragraph__color--black paragraph__size--default\">\n\t\tWoningbouw in de huursector moet worden opgeschaald, nu zijn er te weinig mogelijkheden voor het vinden van een betaalbare huurwoning.\u00a0D66 wil graag samen met wooncorporaties te onderzoeken of een Achterhoekse Wooncorporatie een mogelijkheid is. Dit geeft meer slagkracht om grote en gerichte stappen te maken woningbouwopgave en verduurzaming.<br><br>Het vergroenen van onze woningen, erven, tuinen en directe omgeving zorgt ervoor dat natuur dicht bij huis de kans krijgt. D66 wil bewoners meer invloed en mogelijkheden geven om extra groen in de buurt aan te leggen en zelf te onderhouden.
