We zien ook in Aa en Hunze verschillen in gezondheid en levensverwachting tussen gebieden en bevolkingsgroepen. D66 wil dat iedereen, jong en oud, de kans krijgt op een gezond en actief leven.<br><br>D66 investeert in preventie, bereikbare zorg en in samenwerking met zorg- en welzijnsorganisaties. We richten ons op het waarborgen van bestaanszekerheid in een gezonde leefomgeving met goed onderwijs. sportvoorzieningen.<\/li><li>We faciliteren samenwerking tussen onderwijs, verenigingen en buurtsportcoaches.<\/li><li>Jeugdzorg moet effici\u00ebnt, laagdrempelig en dichtbij worden georganiseerd met korte wachttijden.<\/li><li>We besteden extra aandacht aan mentale gezondheid.<\/li><li>We zetten in op het vroegtijdig signaleren en verminderen van eenzaamheid.<\/li><li>We zorgen dat sport voor ontwikkeling,<\/li><li>we staan voor snelle, professionele jeugdhulp en blijven inzetten op vroeg signalering en preventie,<\/li><li>we zorgen dat jeugdhulp niet stopt voor 18-jarigen, maar zodra jongeren zelfstandig verder kunnen,<\/li><li>we zorgen dat de gemeente een bereikbare en geco\u00f6rdineerde preventie- en zorginfrastructuur faciliteert, door bindende preventie-afspraken met GGD en zorgverzekeraars, met \u00e9\u00e9n loket voor inwoners,<\/li><li>we gaan monitoren wat beleid oplevert voor inwoners, zodat we onze aanpak gericht kunnen verbeteren.<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t\t
